Under his visionary leadership, the group has expanded significantly, transforming from a ₹50-crore enterprise into a thriving conglomerate with a turnover of approximately ₹300 crores. A key pillar of the board of directors, Mr. Paliwal has played an instrumental role in the company’s strategic growth and diversification. Expanding his entrepreneurial footprint, he founded GM Realties, a real estate venture specializing in the development of industrial parks. His leadership extends to infrastructure and environmental sustainability as a board director at Sachin Infra Environment Ltd, Surat. This company operates India’s first Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) for the textile industry, managing an impressive 80 MLD capacity. Additionally, under his supervision, the facility operates a 2 MLD water effluent recycling plant, while also overseeing a 30 MLD effluent recycling plant and a water distribution system within the industrial estate. Furthering his commitment to sustainability, Mr. Paliwal leads ECOCEPT BIO RENEWABLES LLP, a specialized initiative in wastewater management and waste recycling, reinforcing his vision for environmental responsibility and a greener future. Born on December 16, 1973, in Calcutta, was raised in Surat and has made significant strides in various fields over the course of his career. He completed his B.Tech from the prestigious MSU Baroda in 1995, laying a strong foundation for his technical and professional journey. Despite his extensive business commitments, Manoj has maintained a deep passion for the arts and music. Professionally, Manoj has been a pivotal figure in the textile processing industry for the past 28 years. His technical expertise has contributed to the operations and upgradation of the Sachin GIDC CETP, an 80 MLD facility that serves the textile processing industries in the region, playing a key role in maintaining and improving this vital infrastructure. In 2004, Manoj and his brother Anand embarked on a new venture, launching a biotech company. Today, that venture has grown into India's leading enzyme manufacturing plant, recognized for its cutting-edge research and state-of-the-art facilities. Under Manoj’s leadership, the company has not only excelled in production but has also set new benchmarks for innovation in the biotech sector. His multifaceted career is a testament to his versatility, combining a love for music with groundbreaking achievements in industry and entrepreneurship.
